They have earned environmentally progressive credentials with their sustainable high-tech architectural practices.TecARCHITECTURE Headquarter is designed as both a house and office by and for tecARCHITECTURE. It has four levels: an open floor office, on the lowest level, two rental apartments and a house for tecArchitecture COO Heiko Ostmann, on the upper levels. Geothermal energy, solar-powered lighting, a concrete open loft in the lowest level, and floor to ceiling windows with an extravagant view of Lake Constance — One super green package.












A fenntartható minimalizmus -  ez volt szlogenje ezzel  a minimál stílusú házzal kapcsolatban a Svájci - Los Angeles- i érdekeltségű tervező irodának a TEC ARCHITECTURE - nek.
A Bódeni tóra közvetlenül gyönyörű kilátással rendelkező épület nem véletlenül kapta a fentiekben említett jelzőt , a minimalista külső és belső fenntarthatósági és környezetbarát szempontból is  alaposan át lett gondolva . A házban legkülönfélébb tecnikai megoldásokat használják a környezettudatosság jegyében, a geotermikus energiától a napkollektorig vagy éppen a napelemes tecnológiáig.

The fantastic River House Interior in Sidney by MCK Architects

    River house is one example of the design house designed by MCK architect from Sydney, Australia. A river house in the mean is not a house that is situated on the banks of the river, but that the purpose of the home river here is a design house in one corner there is a pool that extends like a river. So more like a river instead of swimming. Design living room in this house is located not only at one place, even in one room near the garage there is a living room, as well as on the second floor of this house. Bedrooms are spacious with large windows on the second floor will be wonderful when waking up can enjoy the scenery around him as he opened the window.The interior was designed to leave nothing to chance and no compromises were made in creating a modern and dreamy interior.  This river is a design house that is no less luxurious house with home design today.
     Nagyon sok érdekes és modern építészeti és belsőépítészeti megoldással fűszerezte Folyóparti Villa koncepcióját  az Ausztrál MCK építész stúdió . Az épületet Sidney-be tervezték és építették meg egy folyó partjára ,a két szintes ház nem csak külsőleg sikerült formásra hanem a hozzá kapcsolódó medence is olyan mintha a ház melletti folyó meghosszabbítása lenne a belső enteriőr pedig a garázsból nyíló terasszal a nappaliban lévő kandalló instalációval,, az elegáns hálószobáival , konyha étkező kapcsolatával erősíti a vizuális élményt.

Ludwig Penthouset in San Francisco, Ca. by Craig Steely

Located in the penthouse of a concrete high-rise on Aquatic Park. The original 4-bedroom/4-bath penthouse was a rabbit's warren of confusing rooms. In our re-design, rooms were combined and uses were re-assigned to allow the occupants to take advantage of the views looking north and south and the movement of the sun through out the day.

Materials used are clear and etched 1/2" glass, slabs of Black walnut, hand made mosaic tile walls, and gun blued steel.

The Eco Friendly Penthouse in New York by Joel Sanders

In this project Andrea Steele and Andrew Deibel collaborate with Joel Sanders architect. From the architects :Pushing green design beyond the familiar incorporation of a list of LEED certified materials; this NoHo loft renovation rethinks the notion of an urban garden by literally bringing the outside in. Exterior wood decking and vegetation flow into the heart of the loft forming a planted core, a living green veil that screens the public living/dining room from the private master bedroom. The stair bulkhead doubles as a skylight and provides access to a roof terrace planted with sedum and grasses. This green core is tactile as well as a visual: the owner can bathe surrounded by lush vegetation visible through a glass wall that separates the bathroom from this planted zone. The rear of the bathroom is clad with modular plant panels. Surmounted by a skylight, this living wall is yet another element that vertically links roof and interior. An eco-friendly palette of natural and synthetic materials confound traditional distinctions between natural and artificial. When seen from entry, the planted core merges with the living lounge: the upholstered floor and seating evoke a textile garden, the interior counterpart to the roof terrace, where a bed of sedum defines a walk-able planted surface.













Nagyon érdekes társítását láthatjuk Joel Sanders és kollégái nevéhez fűződő lakás átalakításnál ahol a környezettudatos építés a növény és a modern építészet - belsőépítészet tökéletesen megfér egymás mellett.  A lakásban a színek és az anyagok nem csak önmagukban léteznek,  hanem külön életet élnek ,a külső és belső fa borításokon keresztül áramlik a növényzet az egész házban a nappalitól a fürdőszobáig.
